Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 12pm central time will typically ship within 2-5 business days. Shipping may be delayed during sales or new product launches due to a higher volume of orders. If you have a specific day you need your order in hand, please reach out to orders@friendlyarctic.com before placing your order.

Orders placed for Pickup are typically ready within 2-5 business days. Any orders not picked up within 30 days are subject to cancellation.
